The land has the benefit of the following rights granted by but is
subject to the following rights reserved by a Transfer dated 25 March
1924 made between (1) John Wilson Potter (Vendor) and (2) Winifred Maud
Drysdale (Purchaser):"1. The right is reserved to the Vendor his heirs and assigns (a) At
any time to erect or suffer to be erected any buildings or other
erections and to alter any buildings or other erections now standing or
hereafter to be erected on any part of his adjoining land and any right
of light or air over the Vendors adjoining or neighbouring land is
expressly excepted from this transfer.
(b) All privileges in respect of light and air now enjoyed over the
Vendors land shall be deemed to be so enjoyed by the License and
consent of the vendor and not as a right.
2. The North and South walls of the building and premises hereby
transferred shall be deemed to be party walls for all purposes and one
several equal half part in width of the entire length of each of such
walls is included in this transfer.
AND the Vendor as beneficial owner grants to the purchaser her heirs
and assigns an easement of support for such half of the said North and
South walls respectively over the adjoining half thereof respectively
reserving nevertheless to the Vendor his heirs and assigns a like
easement of support over the half of such walls included herein for the
adjoining one half of the same walls respectively."
