SCROOGE!!!!

Narrator : Scrooge is a miserable, grouchy old man.


He didnt believe in Christmas but all of this will change tonight
Scrooge: Who are you?
Marley: Did you forget me Ebenicer?
Scrooge: No Jacob, you are Jacob Marley, my business partner! What happened with you? Why the
chains?
Marley: Did youve forgotten what I did in my life? I cheated I robbed I decive I took advantage from
people like you Ebenicer and your future is worst than mine
Scrooge: What do you want?
Marley: Im here to advice you. You still have the oportunity to change this
Scrooge: How can I avoid it?
Marley: You will resive the visit of three spirits pay attention to them
Scrooge: Who are they? Who are they?
Narrator: Now Scrooge will be visited by, pay attention
Scrooge: Who are you?
Past: I am the past, the Christmas past. Come on Scrooge gets up, come with me.
Ill show your past, do you know this boy, that man and the couple dancing.
Scrooge: Yes, I know them; I was that kid always alone, the man was my first boss the good
Fizeewik, and, and
Past- What happen Scrooge?
Scrooge: The couple were My wife and me, sniff, sniff
Past: Whats happening with you Ebenizer?
Scrooge: She left me!!!!!
Past-Why, why, it was your fault Scrooge, your love to the money and your avarice provoke that
Scrooge: No, No, No more spirit, please no more
Narrator: Who will be the next spirit? Well uncover it
Present: ha, ha, ha good life, great life
Scrooge: Now, Who are you? I continue sleeping?
Present- Sleeping course not, Im here you are here
Scrooge: But, who are you?
Present- Im the presen the spirit of Christmas present
Scrooge: What will you show me?
Present: Your present of course, come Scrooge follow me
Scrooge: (I see the house) What is occurring in this house? Oh its the Bob Cratchits house
Its too poor!! Wait, wait they are happy? Why? There isnt dinner, not goose on the table,
no presents, why their happiness?
Present: Look carefully Ebenicer the family is together thats all they need to be happy
Scrooge: What happen with the Tiny Tim?
Present: He is sick, if he doesnt receive treatment he wont be the next Christmas
Scrooge: Why spirit?
Scrooge: What else spirit? Its too cruel!!!
Scrooge: Tell me more
Here the spirit disappear
Narrator: What will happen with Scrooge, who is the last ghost?
Now appear the Future spirit

Scrooge: And you! You will show me the future? You are the Christmas yet to come!
Future : Only shows the house
Scrooge: I know that, its my home! And those are my curtains and my maid, is stealing them,
Where am I? Hoooou! They are my business partner, they are talking about me, but, where am I? (I
see to the ghost) Now that.
Scrooge: This is Crachits house again! However looks different, there are Crachit his wife even
their children and, where is Timmy? (Turn my face to the ghost) No. No He died!! Thats the
reason they look sad! Poor Timmy.why spirit, why?
Scrooge: Thats enough, thats enough spirit!!
Under taker: its too much work somebody else will do
Scrooge: What? Its the cemetery!!! What Happen there? Why He didnt finish the work? What
happen now? Poor man, nobody is with him, surely he was a bad person and anyone loved him!!
Haaaaa, who could be?
Future spirit: Take Scrooge to the tombstone
Scrooge: No spirit, Nooo
Scrooge: Aaaaah! I am, I am there! No spirit, No spirit, I am a new man, I have changed wait, wait,
wait!!!
Scrooge: What? It was a dream? And now!!! Whats the date?
Scrooge: Heey little one, what day is today?
Little oneScrooge: Merry Christmas little one! Merry Christmas!!
Scrooge: I have gotten a new opportunity, I will enjoy the life and I make Christmas my best day in
the year! Happy Christmas to everybody!!

CHARACTERS
Ebenezer Scrooge - The miserly owner of a London counting-house, a
nineteenth century term for an accountant's office. The three spirits of
Christmas visit the stodgy bean-counter in hopes of reversing Scrooge's
greedy, cold-hearted approach to life.
Bob Cratchit - Scrooge's clerk, a kind, mild, and very poor man with a large
family. Though treated harshly by his boss, Cratchit remains a humble and
dedicated employee.
Tiny Tim - Bob Cratchit's young son, crippled from birth. Tiny Tim is a highly
sentimentalized character who Dickens uses to highlight the tribulations of
England's poor and to elicit sympathy from his middle and upper class
readership.
Jacob Marley - In the living world, Ebenezer Scrooge's equally greedy partner.
Marley died seven years before the narrative opens. He appears to Scrooge as
a ghost condemned to wander the world bound in heavy chains. Marley hopes
to save his old partner from suff ering a similar fate.

The Ghost of Christmas Past - The first spirit to visit Scrooge, a curiously
childlike apparition with a glowing head. He takes Scrooge on a tour of
Christmases in his past. The spirit uses a cap to dampen the light emanating
from his head.
The Ghost of Christmas Present - The second spirit to visit Scrooge, a
majestic giant clad in a green robe. His lifespan is restricted to Christmas Day.
He escorts Scrooge on a tour of his contemporaries' Holiday celebrations.
The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come - The third and final spirit to visit
Scrooge, a silent phantom clad in a hooded black robe. He presents Scrooge
with an ominous view of his lonely death.
Fred - Scrooge's nephew, a genial man who loves Christmas. He invites
Scrooge to his Christmas party each and every year, only to be refused by his
grumpy uncle.
Fezziwig - The jovial merchant with whom the young Scrooge apprenticed.
Fezziwig was renowned for his wonderful Christmas parties.
Belle - A beautiful woman who Scrooge loved deeply when he was a young
man. Belle broke off their engagement after Scrooge became consumed with
greed and the lust for wealth. She later married another man.
Peter Cratchit - Bob's oldest son, who inherits his father's stiff-collared shirt
for Christmas.
Martha Cratchit - Bob's oldest daughter, who works in a milliner's shop. (A
milliner is a person who designs, produces, and sells hats.)
Fan - Scrooge's sister; Fred's mother. In Scrooge's vision of Christmases past,
he remembers Fan picking him up from school and walking him home.
The Portly Gentlemen - Two gentlemen who visit Scrooge at the beginning
of the tale seeking charitable contributions. Scrooge promptly throws them out
of his office. Upon meeting one of them on the street after his visitations, he
promises to make lavish donations to help the poor.
Mrs. Cratchit - Bob's wife, a kind and loving woman.
