Your enquiry vide your e-mails dated 28 th May, 2016 and 30th
May, 2016 addressed to our Clients by Ms. Tanima Biswas

Our Clients have handed over to me a copy of your aforementioned e-mails sent to them
with instructions to state as under:

Our Clients wish to state that Mr. Robert Vadra does not own, directly or
indirectly, any house described by you as house No. 12, Ellerton House, Bryanston
Square, London. Our Clients regret that you are proceeding on a completely
incorrect and false assumption.

2.

Our Clients have no business relations with Mr. Sanjay Bhandari. Our Clients
further state that our Clients have not entered into any transaction of a financial
nature with Mr. Sanjay Bhandari and are not even aware that Mr. Sanjay Bhandari

is involved in any defense transaction. Our Clients have scrupulously avoided

even being remotely involved in relation to any defense transaction.

Our Clients are deeply anguished that a responsible TV channel should undertake
a venture into spreading incorrect information that could undoubtedly cause
disquiet. Our Clients hope that better sense will prevail.

4.

Our Clients have not been shown any so called emails and obviously cannot
comment on them. In any event our Clients position is clear as stated above.

5.

In the event this clarification of our Clients is not sufficiently addressed, our
Clients would be compelled to take recourse to legal remedies as they may be
advised. Our Clients add that since they respect the press this would be the last
course to be adopted.

6.

Our Clients would be at liberty to proceed against any person who is directly or
indirectly associated or responsible for causing the said telecast or publication of
news.

7.

Our Clients are law abiding citizen of India and have at all times carried on their
business in accordance with law.

8.

This letter is being sent without prejudice to any rights and contentions of our
Clients and nothing contained herein should be considered an admission of any
fact or a waiver of any of the rights and remedies of our Clients.
