Introduction
Toyota - Japan's largest automotive corporation founded by Kiichiro Toyoda in 1937.
Corporation also provides financial services and has a few additional lines of business. The
company is headquartered in the city of Toyota, Aichi Prefecture (Japan). Toyota is a
multinational corporation, it consists approximately of 338,875 employees worldwide and as of
February 2016, is 13th largest company in the world by revenue.

Toyota Motor Corporation is the principal member of the Toyota Group. With this company is
mainly associated brand Toyota. The activity of the company began with the release of automatic
looms, further developed into production on Type A engine, after few years first passenger car,
the Toyota AA. Toyota Group produces five famous brands: Lexus, Ranz, Hino and Scion the last
three car models designed for Japanese market.

Toyota penetrated U.A.E market in 1955 through their main regional distributor - Al-Futtaim
Motors company, the last purchased a franchise of Toyota and has become the leading distributor
providing exceptional level of service, operates and manages showrooms and workshops, selling
parts, tyres, batteries and accessories throughout U.A.E. The first imported car model was - Land
Cruiser, which instantly gained sympathy and popularity among users, because of its excellent
off-road cross country. Till now it is the best selling model and firmly associates with the
identity of U.A.E.
Toyota increased sales up to 33% only in U.A.E, that contributed to Japanese company to resume
their leadership position as worlds one vehicle company dominant across Arab Emirates.
"The economy is going very well and so purchasing power is high," said Nobuyuki Negishi,
Toyota's chief representative for the Middle East and North Africa. "Lots of people are coming to
the UAE, especially to Dubai and they require vehicles. The UAE market is showing a strong
increase." Since its emerging in the market, it is one of the substantial car brand in the UAE, its
luxury division - LEXUS, also gained popularity and enthusiasm among users in luxury vehicles
category.Nowadays it raised its regional market share to 43 per cent - compared to previous few
years.
"Now the market is back we expect sales growth of perhaps 10 per cent next year," Mr Negishi said

Ethics in Toyota
Over a year has gone since Toyota's unintended speeding up issue turned into an emergency after
a grievous mischance constrained the organization to start to address the issue openly. Toyota has
done various things to remedy the issue and manage the master plan of value, be that as it may,
the part of its pioneers in revamping trust and notoriety is additionally basically imperative.
Toyota consented to a $1.1 billion settlement in claims identified with sudden increasing speed.
