AGENTS OF THE APOCALYPSE

Some of the participants in the recent Agents of Babylon
Bible study by Dr. David Jeremiah would like to revisit the
study of Revelations in Agents of the Apocalypse, previously
offered last year. If there is enough interest, the study will be
on Thursdays at 10 a.m. beginning in June. Please let the
church office know by May 27 if you are interested in
participating. Hopefully, Ron Gilliard will be able to
facilitate this study; if not, Jim Beck will substitute.

MIGRANT MINISTRY NEEDS

Volunteers are needed to help disburse clothing to migrant
workers the week of June 11-16. Our teams travel to churches
and other camp sites to share the love of Christ as we offer
good used clothing to summer farm workers. Please bring
mens work pants (waist size 30-34) and shirts (S-M-L) to be
used for this ministry.

SINGSPIRATION SUNDAY NIGHT

VBS!

Submerged: Psalm 139:23-24 June 20-23, 5:30-8:30 pm

Parent Night June 24 @ 6 pm
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! There are so many places to serve! We
have several of our most dedicated volunteers who are not able to help
again this year, so there are many positions remaining! Be sure to sign
up in Sunday School.
THANK YOU for bringing in newspapers. We will take them for one
more week so that we have plenty to complete our project! They can
be dropped by the church office or library.

Music and choral praise in worship is a hallmark of our

Christian faith, with believers of all ages joining together in
unity, singing songs of testimony and praise to God. If asked,
we would each share of the many songs of our faith which
have touched and changed us through our lives.
In the evening service this Sunday night, you will have the
opportunity to share your favorite hymn, and we as a
congregation will blend our voices together in song. Come at
6:30 PM as we lift our hearts and voices to the Lord.

HELP US COLLECT We are in need of clean, empty water bottles for

craft time. Will you save yours and drop them off to the library?

SAINTS ALIVE

REGISTRATION TEAM MEETING If you plan to serve on the

Registration Team, we will have a training meeting on June 12 at 4 pm
in the Fellowship Hall.

Monday rehearsals will resume in the fall, but we will sing on

some Sunday nights and with the Chancel Choir on June 5.
SAINTS ALIVE: join with the Chancel Choir immediately
after the Prayer Meeting time on June 1st, as we rehearse
EVERLASTING PRAISE MEDLEY.

SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP

Special thanks to the Chancel Choir for faithfully leading in
worship each week. You did a great job last Sunday as you
shared The Battle Belongs to the Lord. The text should be
an encouragement to each of us in our daily struggles:
In heavenly armor well enter the landNo weapon thats fashioned against us will standWhen the power of darkness comes in like a floodHes raised up a standard, the power of His bloodThe Battle Belongs to the Lord!

Summer Plans
Our students will finish school this week! This
school year seemed to fly by and now we are
beginning to get into our summer schedules. We
have a lot of activities and opportunities for
fellowship, worship, and Bible study. I know many
of you have tons of other activities you are involved
in this summer as well. I hope and pray everyone has
a safe and restful summer. Please be looking out for
details and information concerning what we have
planned for students over the next two months.
Make sure you are receiving Remind text message
updates, that you are following our social media
accounts, and frequenting our student website at
www.insideoutstudents.net.

Congratulations
Our seniors will graduate this week and I do want to
congratulate those young people on a job well done
and wish you the best in your life. We have also had
so many students recognized for various awards,
clubs, and leadership positions. Our student ministry
is full of so many gifted and talented students.
Blessings,
Jeff
