Hallo viki.. How are you in Surabaya ? Long time no see. I just
wanted to tell you that yesterday I went to the doctor. Doctor told me that
I had diabetes mellitus. He advised me to keep foods that I consumed, it
must not a lot of carbohydrates. He also told me that I must consume
protein. You know that I like to eat rice mixing with noodle. I am confused
how to choose foods that do not contain carbohydrates. Do you have a
solution? by the way sorry for bother you.
