with the SERCK AUDCO, UK & in 1982, the BTR GROUP, U.K, acquired Serck Audco.
Following which another merger took place between the BTR GROUP plc. and SIEBE plc, the
present IFC plc. had taken shape in 1998.
AIL has drawn on the designs, manufacturing expertise and experience of internationally
renowned manufacturers of valves and oil field equipment to establish a comprehensive
technology base for Industrial valves. The company has absorbed the technologies, and assisted
by its own Research & Development Center, has upgraded, extended the range and added to the

INVENSYS is pegged upon uniting its operations worldwide and has started the PROJECT
