with the SERCK AUDCO, UK & in 1982, the BTR GROUP, U.K, acquired Serck Audco.
Following which another merger took place between the BTR GROUP plc. and SIEBE plc, the
present IFC plc. had taken shape in 1998.
AIL has drawn on the designs, manufacturing expertise and experience of internationally
renowned manufacturers of valves and oil field equipment to establish a comprehensive
technology base for Industrial valves. The company has absorbed the technologies, and assisted
by its own Research & Development Center, has upgraded, extended the range and added to the

specializes in the fields of Software systems, Automation systems, Control systems and power
systems. It has over 100,000 employees all around the globe with operation network at 1200
locations in 80 countries & the group office is located in London, UK.
INVENSYS is pegged upon uniting its operations worldwide and has started the PROJECT
UNIT. Its essential operating program for 2001/2002 is CASH-PLUS. This can only work if
