The universal trilogy proposed by Juran is composed by:

Quality Planning: the key components of quality planning are: Identifying and
discovering customer needs to guarantee a long time survival company by
conduction analysis and researches surveying clients and nonclients. Develop
the product and the process features in order to meet the customers
requirements.
Quality Control: includes choosing the quality subjects and units of measure,
then we set the goals to be reached and the sensors to make the
measurements. Finally, the final performance is compared to the desired goal
and the actions are chosen to guarantee no difference between the desired and
the actual performance of the product.

The 3 most probable causes are no fuel, battery discharged and all security
methodology that avoids starting the car specially stepping on the breaks before turning
the key. The amount of fuel could be checked by the fuel indicator, the battery could be
checked by trying to turn on the lights or sound system. Finally, I could step on the
brakes and try to turn the vehicle on again.

collect soiled garments once a week, was and repair the clothes, and return them
the following week while picking up a new batch of soiled garments. Clothing is

I evaluated the data in a combined way to make the visualization of the main
problem between the two restaurants easier. This way the manager can compare
the problems of the same restaurant or compare the problems between them
using only one chart.
