Author Questionnaire
Dear author,
We are pleased that you contacted us for the possible publication of your book. Please fill in this
questionnaire carefully, and in as much detail as possible, so that we can get an accurate impression
of your book. The completed questionnaire is, apart from your manuscript, the most important
document relating to your project. Your answers will help us turn your idea into a product. By working
together, we are sure to have a well-written and successful book. The most important part of the
questionnaire is the table of contents. Designing it will help you to structure your thoughts, giving us a
basis for the conception and planning of our product.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your editor. We look forward to working with you.
