The top-level views of the instructor and student are the same except that the Teacher Resources
folder has been placed before the unit folders for easy access.
The Instructor View default settings are shown below. Folders or files that are set to be hidden
cannot be seen by the students and are indicated by italics. Instructors can choose to Hide or
Show anything they wish. (Note: the Course Assessments folder is hidden in Student View by
