INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, persuasion are very importance in our daily life especially use in
communication. In our daily life, we always using communication to persuade people.
As we know, using verbal communication can persuade people and using non-verbal
communication also can persuade people. Persuasion is process aimed at changing a
persons or groups attitude or behaviour toward some event, idea, object or other
person, by using written or spoken words to convey information, feelings, or
reasoning or a combination of them.
Persuasion is a type of communication in which someone attempts to influence or
change a persons beliefs or opinions about something, often by making a convincing
argument. Though persuasion is likely most commonly associated with changing
someones perspective or beliefs, persuasive communication can be a very effective
tool for motivating people or bringing groups together. Persuasive communication is
any message that is intended to shape, reinforce or change the responses of others or
others. Such responses are modified by symbolic transactions message which are
sometimes, but not always, linked with coercive force ( indirectly coercive ) and
which appeal to the reason and emotions of the target. Generally persuasion refers to
such communicative activities that are mediated.
As we know persuasion should using verbal communication and non-verbal
communication to persuade people. Many types to persuade people by verbal
communication and actually can helped ourselves to make sure that people we can
persuade. At the same time, verbal communication in persuasion mostly we can
influence people with our skill communication especially. Meanwhile, non-verbal
