ART&LANGUAGE

Founded in 1968 - Coventry, England: including initially Terry Atkinson, David Bainbridge,
Michael Baldwin and Harold Hurrell. Joseph Kosuth was the United States editor in 1970, and
Charles Harrison joined as general editor in 1971. Also in 1971 Ian Burn, Mel Ramsden and
Roger Cutforth (Society for Theoretical Art and Analyses based in New York) merged with Art
and Language.
