PATENTED CEREAL DAMPING SYSTEM
The vibronet vibration dampener is a patented
vertical cereal dampening system working with
vibration energy to reduce temper time for cereals
such as wheat, barley, oat, maize, rice, or pulses with
any kind of water soluble liquid.

A specially designed discharge unit (III.) ensures that each channel is continuously selfemptied.
With vibronet, the tempering water penetrates equally into the hull and through the
outer layers into the endosperm. vibronet is the only dampening method which
allows the water to enter equally throughout the entire kernel surface including
the crease (which represents 1/6th of the kernel surface!).
