continuallyareraisingpriceshigherthaninflation.Morepeoplehavehealthinsurance,but
manystilldonotgotothedoctorduetohighdeductibles.Drugpricesshouldbeabletobe
negotiatedbyMedicare.Healthcareshouldnotberationedbasedontheincomelevelofthe
