s a soon-to-be college graduate trying to figure out my own life, I
very well understand how busy and stressful life can get. After a long day of
craziness, I often run into the dilemma of wanting a really good, home-cooked,
meal but never want to spend more than ten minutes cooking it and want to
save as much money as possible. Fast&Fresh is here to help with this dilemma
by striving to inspire you to create easy
meals of your own that are also easy on
your budget. We want you to feel a sense
of accomplishment from each meal
that you create by keeping every recipe
stress-free. In my opinion, cooking should
be a fun activity that is not complicated
or stressful to learn. We want each recipe
in Fast&Fresh to inspire you to make that
recipe for yourself.

In this issue of Fast&Fresh, every
recipe has been carefully selected to
appeal to your summer pallet. I always
want to spend as much time outdoors
in the summer as possible and less time
inside in the kitchen. The recipes are
quick and easy so you can love the food
you make and spend more time enjoying
your summer. Many people crave lighter,
healthier food in the summer months.
This issue will kick-off summer by
introducing fresh and easy meals, pizzas,
