Landscaping Contract
ABC Landscaping, Inc., a duly and registered licensed Landscaping company, will be providing
landscaping services for Anam Hassan at 1 Main ave, Baltimore, MD 21201 beginning on {date}.
NOW THEREFORE both parties bind themselves and agree as follows:

Section 1
Description of Work
For this job, ABC Landscaping, Inc. will be performing the following work and/or installing the
following features:
Cutting grass within the vicinity of front and back yard of property and planting vegetables,
specifically: mint leaves and tomatoes.

Section 2
Timeline
ABC Landscaping, Inc. will begin the project on date and finish by {date}. Any delays must be
discussed with Anam Hassan.

Section 3
Payment
{Customer Name} will pay {Company Name} according to the following payment plan:
3.1
Non-refundable Twenty percent (20%) of the estimated contract cost, upon approval of the
Estimated Project Cost.
3.2

Fifty Percent (50%) of the estimated contract cost, at the start of the project.

3.3

FINAL PAYMENT: Final Payment will be due and demandable five (5) days after the
completion of the project and CLIENTs receipt of Completion Certificate. Payment terms are
available upon request.
All of the prices quoted are based on cash payments. Payment by Managers Check or Credit
Card will be subject to a service charge of three percent (3%) per the amount of transaction.
Check payments are due seven (7) days before the Work/Projects completion date.

Section 4
ABC Landscaping, Inc.s Responsibilities
4.1
{Company Name} may use subcontractors as it sees fit, but all subcontractor payments are
the responsibility of {Company Name}.
4.2
{Company Name} agrees that only those workers legally authorized to work in the United
States will be hired for this project.
4.3
{Company Name} will maintain an insurance policy of {amount}, which will cover equipment,
materials, and all employees and/or subcontractors.

4.4

{Company Name} agrees to obtain all necessary permits for the completion of the work.

4.5
{Company Name} agrees to remove all materials and debris from {location} upon completion
of the work.

Section 5
Changes/Delays
5.1
{Company Name} will discuss any changes or delays with {Customer Name}, and will not
move forward with work until {Customer Name} approves said changes or delays, in writing.
5.2
Any additional costs incurred as a result of the changes and/or delays must be discussed with
{Customer Name}, and approved in writing.

Section 6
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. The
LANDSCAPER will comply with all the laws of the United States of America and the State of __, all
municipal ordinances and all lawful orders of police and fire departments, and will not do anything on
the premises in violation of any laws, ordinances, rules or orders. If any unlawful activities by the
CLIENT should occur on the premises, and the Work is cancelled, there will be no refund of any kind
from LANDSCAPER to CLIENT.

laws of the state of Maryland.
IN WITNESS THEREOF the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be duly executed on their
