SUMMARY
Talent Acquisition – Hands-on experience and management of corporate staffing departments locally,
globally or via remote settings within matrixed divisions across complex corporate environments for
exempt, non-exempt and high volume needs using a full life cycle process or a dissected subcategory
approach. Develop strategic sourcing plans with relevant entities, e.g., recruiting groups, college recruiting,
hiring managers, executives, HR, etc.
Talent Development – (Aka, candidate development, sourcing, mining, talent research, etc) Creatively
identifying strategic methodologies and processes in accordance with company strategies focused on
proactively building talent pools and supplementing recruiting functions. Leverage today’s web 2.0/3.0
resources and remaining a subject matter expert (SME) on resource tools, technologies and processes,
e.g., competitive intelligence, job fairs, outsourcing, list generation, and search methodologies all followed
by maintaining open and consistent communication with prospective candidates, recruiting groups, hiring
authorities and corporate management.
Corporate Recruiting – Fortune 500 style - heavy requisition loads with short time-to-fill ratios for most
corporate verticals. In-depth experience in full life cycle recruiting within high volume, professional,
executive placement and college recruitment environments maintaining internal and external relationships
and focusing on internal talent development programs
Human Resources (HR) – Recruiting, sourcing, virtual work relationships, retention, compensation,
immigration, on-boarding, orientation, benefits, employer branding, training and development, performance
evaluation, employee relations, metrics, relative laws, career development and other HR processes
Staffing Process Analysis –optimization by utilizing existing tools more effectively and eliminating waste
by incorporating “web 2.0/3.0” applications while improving communication portals and driving
expectations.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Remotely managed complete recruiting life cycle for the NC direct hire division while driving revenue
from a hands-on position
 Acquired ¼ of the perm hires for most recent quarter in less than 2 months; various awards for going
above and beyond the call of duty filling requirements from a virtual position; Recruited and sourced
candidate responsible for 2nd largest revenue generated within a single hire
 Transformed and modernized corporate staffing programs to include ATS implementations, training
and roll-out nationally
 Created a Talent Management/Sourcing division dedicated to serving the corporate staffing division
leading to key hires of numerous “hard to fill” positions with a demanding Fortune 500 Internet
company
 Reduced staffing agency costs by creating a vendor management program including the development
of RFP’s, selection criteria, implementation and management resulting in a savings of over $680,000
annually.
 Devised and managed employee referral program dispersed nationally.
 Created and implemented a sourcing division due to heavy specialized hiring needs within competitive
industry segments resulting in the client maintaining its tier one priority status with a major Fortune
500 company.
 Chosen as one of four Senior Corporate Staffing professionals for a Fortune 500 company’s relocation
and expansion. Managed the complete recruiting life cycle process and filling over 87 openings
internally.
 Devised an International Recruiting division from the ground up resulting in record breaking revenues
with minimal costs while creating a new revenue stream due to overwhelming success of the program
 Managed direct staff in matrixed and geographically dispersed locations.
 Initiated, proposed and rolled-out an international visa service unit within a multi-billion dollar company
eliminating unnecessary spending and integrating redundant processes leading to savings of over
$500,000 annually. Managed government compliance, ease of audits and maintaining applicable
immigration laws at all 50 branches.
 Placement of 150+ candidates over a 3-year period averaging a 38% direct margin compared to a
company average of 27% resulting in an annual revenue increase of $1.5 m.
