getsboggeddownevenwhenthecaramelgetsverythick.Early
onwhenusingtheoriginalplasticpaddleitmeltedawayintothe
caramelbatchhencetheTeflonsheetIusenow.

Withinjustafewminutesofuse,theplasticbegantomeltand
stainbeyondrecognition.
Afterabout4minutestheflimsyplasticbladesbegantomelt,

thatitcamewith)isthespeedatwhichitturns;theconstant
turnsettingseemsalittleslow.Ifoundthatatthespeeditturns,
IneededtokeepmyheatataslowmediumorIgotbuildupand
scorching.Notaproblemthatyoucan'tovercome,butlower
tempsmeanlongercookingtimes.
