Plaintiffs object to the motions for admittance pro hac vice filed by Defendant
Sally Howe for Brian Raum, Dale Schowengerdt, Jim Campbell, and Austin Nimocks,
claiming that it is unclear as to why these motions were filed. To relieve any potential
ambiguity, these attorneys will be representing Defendant Howe as co-counsel with the
Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office. Counsel will file notices of appearance to that
effect pursuant to the Court’s local rules and form as soon as the pro hac vice motions are
granted, unless the Court directs them to be filed sooner. Furthermore, counsel seeking
admission pro hac vice are associating with the undersigned attorney, who moved their
of their own choosing, without the need to seek their opponents’ prior approval.
Thus, Defendant Sally Howe requests that the Court grant her motions for the
admission pro hac vice of Brian Raum, Dale Schowengerdt, Jim Campbell, and Austin
Nimocks for participation in the above referenced case as co-counsel for Defendant
Howe.
Respectfully submitted,
