Kindly report at VENUE, with the following ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and a set of
photocopies, when you come for the above selection process:
1. This selection process admit card (Mandatory).
2. A valid photo ID in original (Driving license/Passport/Electoral ID/Aadhar
Card) (Mandatory).
3. 2 passport size and 2 stamp size photographs. (No photocopy required) (Mandatory).
4. Statement of marks of class 10, class 12 (Mandatory).
5. Statement of marks of degree (if result awaited, marks card available currently)
(Mandatory).
6. Provisional degree certificate, if candidate has completed / graduated on or before
November 2015(Mandatory).
7. Degree certificate (convocation certificate), if candidate has graduated on or before June
2015(Mandatory).
8. Transfer certificate from the last qualified institution (If available).
9. Migration certificate for candidates from outside Karnataka (If available).
10. The triplicate copy (third copy) of the SBI application processing Challan / Online
Payment Acknowledgement Slip (Mandatory).
11. Score Card (Sep MAT 2015 / Dec MAT 2015 / Feb MAT 2016 / CAT 2015 / CMAT
2016 / XAT 2016 / ATMA 2016) score card (Mandatory).
12. Copy of work related documents (Joining letter / Experience letter & Latest salary Slip)
(Full time / Part time / Family Business also considered) (Mandatory) for candidates
selected for the dual degree PGDM (CU) +MBA, (FHWS, Germany) programme.
13. Copy of the filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent/guardian and
the candidate (Mandatory).
14. Passport and visa page for candidates from outside India (If available).

You will not be permitted to appear for the selection process, if found that you have
not met the minimum eligibility conditions.

Instructions to candidates
1. You will not be allowed to appear for the selection processes without this selection
process admit Card.
2. You must report for the selection process at the allotted date and atleast 30 minutes
prior to the time stipulated in this selection process admit Card.
3. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be
permitted to take part in the selection process.
4. Cellular phone, Satellite phone, pager, Scientific calculators, Notebook, Textbooks,
Printed materials etc., are not allowed into the selection process venue
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing the selection process at Christ University.
6. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the
student/candidate. Issues of the selection process admit card for the selection process does
not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
7. The time duration for selection process including waiting period will be for a maximum
of 2 Hours.
8. Christ University reserves the right to change / alter the dates or timing at any
given time during the Application / selection process.
9. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will
be considered as Not Selected.
10. The results for selection process will be released as per the date and time mentioned on
our website: www.christuniversity.in
11. Selected candidates must process their admission within the stipulated date and time
given on the e-admission card, by paying the Fee and submitting the above mentioned
original documents for verification.
Admission will not be processed without the presence of the candidate and submitting
the original documents mentioned above;
Candidates should note that their candidature is provisional. No candidate will be admitted
to the test/GD/interview unless he / she holds the selection process admit card to the test.
The mere fact that an selection process admit card has been issued to a candidate will not
imply that Christ University has finally accepted his / her candidature. Candidates may
note that the verification of essential eligibility conditions of a candidate with reference to

the documents as may be called for, will be taken up at any time during the admission
process. In all matters the decision of Christ University as to the eligibility or otherwise of
a candidate for admission to the test / GD / Interview or his/her subsequent qualifying shall
be final. Any attempt on the part of a candidate to obtain support for his / her candidature
by any means may disqualify him/her for admission to the examination. A candidate who is
found of guilty of impersonation or of submitting fabricated documents or documents
which have been tampered with or of making statements which are incorrect or false or of
suppressing material information or otherwise resorting to any other irregular or improper
means for obtaining admission to the examination, or of using or attempting to use unfair
means or of misbehavior in the examination hall, may, in addition to rendering himself
liable to criminal prosecution, be debarred by Christ University from this test and future
tests also.
