Fashion Spread Plan

This will be a fashion spread for the teenage lifestyle magazine called
Impact.
Theme
The theme for the fashion spread is technology.
Model
My model for the fashion spread is Callum Ogburn.

Equipment Required
The equipment that I will be using will be a DSLR camera and a tripod.
Schedule
Photoshoot 1 at the park - 27th February at 11:30 AM
Photoshoot 2 at a house 1st March at 5:00PM
Photoshoot 3 at a different house 2nd March at 4:00PM
Photoshoot 4 in town 4th March at 4:00PM

Contingency Plans
If the weather is bad on day we plan to take the photographs then this
would mean that we would need to reschedule so that we can take the
photos. This would only affect the first photoshoot as all the other
photoshoots are inside. If we were to reschedule it would likely be on 28th
February at 11:30AM. If it was still raining the next day to then we would
reschedule again for the 29th if the weather forecast, however in the
unlikely event that it would be raining again then we would change
locations to an indoor area which would likely be a different place in town
centre than photoshoot 4.
If the model fails to show up or is ill on one of the days of a photoshoot I
would use my backup model which is Declan Horn. However in the unlikely
event that neither of the models can do a photoshoot on that day then I
would have to reschedule and the reschedule date would depend on which
photoshoot is affected.
I will also bring extra equipment such as a camera and a tripod so that if
some of the equipment was broken or not working then I would still be
able to carry on with the photoshoot on that day.
Legal
Some legal requirements that I need to follow include:

Copyright designs and patents Act of 1988 - This means I cant copy
anybody elses ideas or images without permission from the owner
as certain materials are protected by this act.
Law of Trespass This applies because I need to make sure that I
have permission from the owner to go on certain locations and take
photographs.
Intellectual Property Rights This prevents me from using
trademarks from products and organisations unless I have
permission from the original creator.
Equality act 2010 This applies to my photographs as I have to
make sure that nothing in the photo could imply that it is
discriminating against certain people based on certain things such
as race or religion.
Obscene Publications Act 1959 This applies to my photo as I need
to make sure that the photos dont contain any content that could
deprave of corrupt anyone who will see it.

Ethical
The ethical issues that I need to consider include:

Ethnicity
Disability

Sexuality

When I am taking my photos I need to make sure that I dont include

anything that could possibly offend anyone based on these issues.
