About application
Application name is Book as I look (hereinafter referred to as BAL).
The idea of this application is as the name implies, recognize customer by his
personal characteristics and preferences, and based on this information to
reserve your accommodation.
Application has been designed as an smart application, that is applicable to
hotels with 4 stars. DA LI TREBA ZASTO SA 4 ZVEZDICE DA SE OBRAZLOZI?
Application users are all the guests coming to the hotel. The
exception are the guests who travel for business purposes
because they generally do not choose where they are staying.
The application works on the principle of the most popular social networks
because also next to the main purpose, it offers connecting people.
There are numerous benefits of this application for hotel management as well as
the guests, which will be later say.
The main characteristics of BAL are:
- easy to use
- hotel social network
- visbility
- information purposes
- connects the hotel with the destination
- a satisfactory degree of animation
- a satisfactory degree of aesthetics
- availability use in most locations.

How to get to the application?


Guests to the hotel can occur BAL in several ways.

If a guest is visiting the hotel website, application link will be


specifically highlighted.

If the reservation is done by telephone, receptionist required suggests a


potential customer to make a booking through BAL application,
giving him instructions where to be found.
If the customer found the hotel through online travel agencies such are
booking.com or expedia, in the part of the hotel presentation appears
BAL link.
If a guest wants to get reservation directly to the hotel, the reception will
be offered him to download BAL application.

It is assumed that word of mouth will play an important role in BAL advertising.
Social networks are also significant factor for advertising.

Elements, content and functioning


Since the user has downloaded the application on their device (phone, PC..) with
his entry into the application user appears home page. On the home page the
user enters his name, surname and email, and selects the language of use.
After the user logged, it appears a space to enter photo. Photos can be taken
immediately by the application( now take the picture), or selected based on the
existing galleries in the camera. The photo will appear in the corner all the time
using application.
The user is now offering the following six options:

2.Gallery
3.Chat
5.Help

Questionnaire
The questionnaire option is envisaged as a survey that collects necessary
information about the customer and his prefernces.
Guests first answer some common questions, then moves on to issues
concerning specifically his views about travel, lifestyles, interests, attitudes
about life and so on. When answering these questions, guest goes on questions
related to specific services of the hotel, such as about room service, room and all
other servicies.
In the course of answering questions, when guest answer a some question, in
accordance with his answer it will appear some information box. Information
box can be in the form of:
- Interestings and informations
- sugestions
- supplys
By click on the box if it comes to a some offers,it gives a more detailed
overview of this information.
If the user does not have time to complete the survey immediately, when leaving
the same, it will offer him the option save and continue later or forbid.
When he filled the survey, based on data collected BAL offers
room to the user.
At the very end of the questionnaire there appears the TOTAL
OR OVERALL price, terms of payment, rebates achieved and
concise list of all the services provided to their individual prices.
If the user is not satisfied with the price he can remove some
services or add some others to create a new price that suits
him.

In this option BAL offers the virtual walk through the hotel. It gives a detailed
insight into all the rooms, restaurant, corridors, kitchen in which appears
detailed menu an so on.
If the user was not satisfied by selecting the room that BAL has recommended,
then the user can choose the room that he likes of the offered free.

Chat
Chat option on the first place has mision to connect guests from hotel NAZIV.
The purpose is their entertainment, dating, reading comments about experiences
from the hotel and about quality hotel services.

On chat appears photos of people (photos by entering the BAL set).


Chat consists of two parts, private chat and public chat.
By the principle of the most popular social networks, here is also discernment of
people who are currently here (on-line) and other functions.
Participants of the chat can be:
- people who have already stayed at the hotel and use BAL
- people who made their reservation using the BAL but have not yet stayed in
the hotel.
- people who are logged into the application but have not yet completed the
questionaire
The first two user groups can use both private and public chat while a third
group of people can only use public chat. Public chat is just designed for that
group because there can ask questions, read comments that will lead them to
make their reservation. Private chat serve people who want to get acquainted
with someone, ask intimate questions, etc.
