=======JOB RESPONSIBILITIES=======

Responsible for carrying out the strategic plan through overseeing operations,
developing functional roles and assigning responsibilities to employee.
Directly involved in operational aspects.
Represent the highest level of organizational management.
Responsible for reporting the goals and accomplishments of respective business
areas to C.M.D & Directors.
oversee the job performance of all departments.
Working hard for Growth & Development of the staff as well as Over-all Firm.
Guiding staff development through identifying skills needs, delegating tasks
appropriately and motivating project staff to provide outstanding service.
Participating in senior staff meetings, actively identify and pursue
new business opportunities, contribute ideas into the overall management and wellbeing of the firm, serve as a mentor to junior staff and consistently identify and
implement new ways to improve the quality of work and job satisfaction for staff.
Conduct internal meetings in a professional manner at all times while working to
instill a positive work environment at the firm.
Promote a positive environment for staff and identify and work with firm management
to address any issues that are creating barriers to an optimal work environment for
all staff.
Provide feedback, advice and back up as needed to other members of senior staff
team to ensure all senior staff has support needed to effectively run accounts and
promote positive work environment.

Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode


whenever challenges or concerns arise.

Identify new business opportunities, participate in new business pitches and assist in
drafting new business proposals.

Develop relationships with vendors or contractors that represent a variety of fields


can be used on projects as needed.

Responsible for effectively leading an account team, including ensuring all


administrative pieces are in place (work plan, contract, budget, projections, etc.),
clients report high satisfaction, all staff clearly understand accounts and assignments,
and the entire team is working in a cooperative fashion to promote great work as well
as a positive internal team environment.

Lead proposal process for new business opportunities by adhering to Company


policies for new business approach and development.

Find ways to save company money by improving/streamlining internal systems or


procedures.

Preparing monthly production planning and setting goals for the current month for all
respective departments.


Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve
safety and reliability.
Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified
operating environments.
Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services;
following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special
services.
Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
writing reports and documentation.
Measuring performance of mechanical components, devices and machine.

Responsible for mechanical maintenance and repair service to the organization.


Completion of preventive maintenance,predictive maintenance,breakdown
maintenance and shut down maintenance for all plant and equipments.
Manpower handling of all maintenance to get the more efficiency output with
minimum labours through motivating them and creating challenging environment to
work with greater output.
Responsible for co-ordinating allocated projects.
Scrap handling.

Succesful run of Dandy for manufacturing of writing printing government
paper.
Freshwater consumption reduced.Discharge water quantity reduced as use
of clear water increased.
Improved Internal & external house keeping in organization.
