A key date, which can be

request at runtime.

sequence of entry variables.

owner and the person who last changed the
query.

Ensures that the format is

is refreshed.
Hide Repeated Key

Values

Only the first key or description is


displayed for each characteristic
and any additional identical keys or
descriptions are suppressed.
Display Scaling Factors

for Key Figures

Enables you to include any scaling


factors defined in the row or
column header (e.g., *100 EUR).

Display document links


Displays document links for InfoProvider data, master data,
and metadata.
Display Drag and Relate Links
Enables you to execute transactions from an SAP R/3 system
or an external system from within the Enterprise Portal.

remove the query definition
from Query Designer.

In order to delete a query object, there must be at least one query,


structure, restricted key figure, or calculated key figure.
