The position of a Middle Office Analyst within Global Trade Services will be responsible for performing multiple
analytical & client specific orientated tasks. The position will also involve project work and technical assistance
for Core Operations team. This role involved a great deal of Front Office interaction to act as a conduit for all
their operational questions. The staff will perform support of the trades of the DUBAI Portfolio Management LAM
office in partnership with the Sr. Analyst on the ground. Dubai working times is required, including working
week (Sunday to Thursday)

3 year degree
2 years Financial Services experience
Graduate Degree holder with 2 years experience in Global Trade Support /Customer fronting, preferably in
Mutual Fund and/or with Investment banking related industry

Financial Services operational knowledge (Trade Settlements & Support, Corporate Actions, Pricing, Security
Master, Proxy)
Knowledge of business desktop applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel )
Research, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with good business judgment and possess the
ability to follow set processes and procedures as part and parcel of daily work requirements
Document and implement controls within current processes
Good understanding of industry & financial markets and ability to make decisions based upon risk
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Good customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, and communication and written skills
Exposure to international operations management and a high degree of cultural awareness is helpful
Team player ; able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as
required
