Necessary corrections made to the PRAG and annexes 2008.
Unless specified the changes are made in the EN,FR+ES versions.
PRAG:

• Correction of cross reference to selection criteria - should read 2.4.11 and not 2.4.12
• 2.4.11 - Clarification in first sentence: "Regardless of type of procedure used, …"
• 2.4.14 - correction of who authorises (in coherence with Terms of Reference) = EC
• 4.2.3 - FR version only - "Budget" deleted after €10.000
• 4.6 - Clarification that it is tender and not only technical specification
• 6.4.5 - Correction of text in the box. Should read submission and not receipt.
• 6.2.11 – cross reference corrected
• 6.8.1 – Reference to point 6.9 instead of the non-existing 6.8.2.
• 6.9 – EN only – International agreement corrected to International Organisation
• 6.4.10.2 – cross references corrected.
• 7 – ENG and SP version only (the French one was already OK) - Reference to Article
