4.2Switch operation
1 First, remove the screw bulb at home, and then replace the lamp camera, turn the switch
on the wall of the bulb to bulb powered camera, in 1-2 seconds to open, about 20-30 seconds
after power wifi camera ready, the mobile surveillance measuring about 3-5 seconds video
ready. Each LED is ready after work
Green LED: wifi working indicator, when does not connect the router even blink. steady after
connect the router.
Blue LED lights: Video light, steady when stand, flashing when taking video
2: wifi reset switch: when the customer forgot password set by the user, under normal working
long press the power button for 5 seconds over wifi automatically reset user passwords and
other settings to the factory settings, the password is blank. Then again after disconnecting
the camera power supply, remove the save before hand side of the camera sets the camera
to search again. See below to add camera operation

4.2: Operating Instructions

1: Switch on camera

When DC power plugs, wifi camera is ready to work after about 20-30 seconds, then motion
detection record is ready about 3-5 seconds later.
LED light function as below:
Green indicator led light is on : camera connect to internet normally.
Green indicator led flash: camera is off network
Blue indicator led light is on: boot into standby.
Blue indicator led flash: camera is recording.
Red indicator led light is on: Charging indicator and low battery voltage.
B: Battery powered
Long press power key 3 seconds for switch on /switch off. Charging indicator is off when there
is no external power supply.
2 : When light around the camera is darker than light of night vision control ,IR led light works
automatically, camera achieve all-weather surveillance . IR-CUT does not work during the day
, the product work in the state with a color filter , images is colorful and clear. At night working
in the state of night vision can improve the pass rate of light, so that the image displayed more
clearly at night .
3. Wifi module reset switch ( inside the battery jar) : When user forgot the password ,long
press the wifi power button for 5 seconds or more under the normal working, it will
automatically restore the factory default settings, the password is blank. Disconnect the power
and restart camera again, delete the information camera saved before. Restore setting after
searching of camera again. Seeing the shown in the following operation to add the camera.

5.1Software Android
A: Android phone installation steps:
1. Search World-Camera on google play to download and install via the toolbar.
2. Or copy files

in the CD-ROM to the phone's memory card, open the

phone's file browser, click on the World-Camera. apk file to install the software, as follows:

Click Install to complete.

Please be sure to complete all the input search, search results, point the installation.

5.2. WIFI / WLAN connection / operating instructions

1.Power supply: Connect the power supply to the WIFI camera DC power input, then the red
indicator lights on , after about 20-30 seconds WIFI works ready.
2 Open the phone settings in the WIFI / WLAN connection, find the IP cam WIFI hot spots
,WIFI_CAMERA name appears, the password is: 0123456789, then the phone and the IP
camera was directly connected point to point, the purpose is to Search and set IP cam (WIFI
wireless network settings).

Click the connection (WIFI-CAMERA) WIFI hot spot, after connected Worl-dcanera .can be
opened to View tool
5.3 . Adding cameras
Find installed Worldcanera shortcut icon on the desktop phone ,Click to enter , start the
software , as follows:

Click on the search or the LAN search , search IP cam video service equipment , as follows:

Select the the camera searched out, click Add this camera, as shown below:

After clicking Finish, you can see the device ID added to the list of cameras; do not need to
enter the camera name, user name, password, these are automatic, [the user's own set a
password, follow-up to enter a password before they can log in] Click Finish. Set the machine
to connect to WIFI router, it can be accessed via the wireless network.

Click WIFI Settings to enter WIFI setting interface, select "Manage wifi network" search
nearby WIFI hot spots, choose to use your own wireless router, after enter the password click
finish.

IP cam will automatically restart, when the phone's WIFI connection is disconnected, wait a
few seconds after the IP cam WIFI hot spots automatically connect to the router, and then
connect the phone WIFI router just set; into WIFI settings in just to see if the connection is
successful; displays connection instructions IP cam is connected to the router, as long as the
phone can access the place, just the device will be displayed online, you can click into the
preview.

If you are not online you can click on the red arrow place. Click Refresh online connectivity, in
addition to click editing function to delete the ID number, camera name can change, ID
numbers without modification, each camera ID number is unique.
User Settings:

Users can set up two users: administrator and operator

Administrator: has all the permissions settings, you can perform all operations
Operator: Except can not enter the device parameter interface, has all of the other privileges
Alarm settings:
Click for the alarm setting interface, you can set the alarm to get the information to the device,
select the alarm mode mail notifications, such as: motion detection-day deployment, set the
detection sensitivity of 10; send e-mail notifications, someone at the camera will automatically
upload pictures when you move (six pictures, separated by 15 seconds to upload pictures) to
the specified mailbox. Motion detection recording start working (video recorded in the TF card,
the shortest 15 seconds / section, the longest five minutes / segment packaged when people
have been moving before the camera and then continue recording the next video), When
motion detection off the camera will not record and send pictures.

The main function is to e-mail alarm, if alarm is triggered by the camera, alarm messages will
be sent to the setting email:
Sender: Enter the sender e-mail address
Recipient: Fill in the e-mail address to receive alarm messages
SMTP server: Enter the sender's mailbox mail box websites; such as QQ-mail: smtp.qq.com
163 mailboxes for smtp.163.com
SMTP user: Enter the sender's mailbox user name (mailbox @ before the name)
SMTP Password: Enter the password for the sender's mailbox
SMTP Port: To check port number of your own mailbox, 163.QQ is 25

changed, keep the password setting with the mailbox password consistent in order to
properly use this feature

VI. PC side Andrews and use

1: First run Device Client v2.0.1.0.msi, after the installation is complete, open software
interface below

After the software is installed by default each boot automatically run. Need to turn on / off the
power to run, type msconfig in the Start menu item, and press Enter, as shown below

Enter the System Configuration Utility, as shown

Click Start, the computer will pop up after the project start-up procedures will be canceled
Device Client hook before the boot program does not start automatically, check the open
automatically on startup software. After recognizing the need to restart your computer.
2: Remote Viewing
After running DeviceClient_v2.0.1.0 software, click on the device list, click the Add button,
enter the information for each device, as shown below

Device Name: Fill out the name of the mobile terminal search, DID: fill mobile client search out
DID, user name: Enter the user name mobile terminal settings, passwords handheld terminal
is set to fill in the correct password is not set then empty. Select the other figure, settings and
click OK OK back to the main screen, under the list of devices that will be using the left mouse
button and drag the display device corresponding video display box, as shown below.

If the camera is working properly online, then immediately display images, the camera did not
work or take the camera displays the camera is not online.
Other settings in the system settings menu, as shown below:

Select the Automatically start the video, then open the software automatically adds the device
to directly display options box, click and drag the mouse is not required for unattended
operation.
Voice choices are: Simplified Chinese, English, Traditional Chinese. After selecting the
appropriate voice software need to turn off the software reboot to take effect.

3: Video Playback
Click on the main screen video playback buttons under the following diagram

Select the desired playback video information of the camera at the NETCAM , local search is
a PC video, remote search is recording to TF card. Video content is shown below

Click to start video playback. After the computer installed, the file name in the installation
folder is AP Camera, The video download (remote) downloads in the file below the Downloads
folder.
