What factor(s) most influenced you to choose the HC assignments you completed?
I chose them if I had the extra time, and if they seemed not much harder than the normal assignment. I usually only
choose to do HC if I understand it. weather I had time to do it along with my other homework I chose to do Honors
Challenge because I want all honors classes on my transcript, since I am doing all honors classes. It seemed like an
easier option. The challenge of the assignment that was given. I have not chosen any HC assignments. I thought
that the HC assignment seemed like it would be easier to write because it wasn't so broken up. I want to enroll n

Do you think HC assignments have been fair?
always 25 56%
sometimes 19 42%
never 1 2%

Why do you think so?

I think that the HC handouts are fair because even though they seem like its less work it really is more just hidden inside
the problems and tastks you need to accomplish. Sometimes they seem hard because no one ever gives any
information on it, and therefore no one understands it. That is usually when I don't do HC. sometimes they are
something that is way out of the way and is something that if I have the option not to do it then I wont because I don't
have time Because it is a fair challenge to those who think that science is one of their strong subjects. Because it
seemed hard so I only did ...

What could we change to make you more interested in completing HC assignments?

Not as much work, but more in depth information, Maybe offer extra help to students who enroll. Make a Honors
physical science next year If you went over how to do it, and gave more information on it so people understand it. I
don't think people who are not in HC would mind, and it would be really helpful. It would entice more people to do it. i
don't know Tell students that it's not that much more work for a good credit. Make them less hard. Or, if you do some
honors challenge but not all the required ones to get it counted as honors, give the ones you did do as extra credit
points. Some of t ...

If you could improve one thing about the HC program for next year, what would you do?
Nothing. Make it seem a bit more obtainable to people like me who are not very good in science. I think it is fine the
way it is right now As I said before, I think you should give more information on each one instead of just saying "look at
the wiki". That way it is more understandable. make some of them somthing that would not take as long When we
are preparing for a test or quiz, show on the study guides what the questions will be about for honors challenge. During
the Geology test, there was a question about convection, when there was nothing about convection on the study
guide. Get rid of ...
