Migration crisis will not cause neither gain or loss for Europes budget.
Germany will spend around 12 000 euros per refuge during one year.
Nevertheless, according to the study, Mark Schieritz claims that will not affect their
economy in negative way since it is believed that their budget surplus will rise from
0.3 GDP to 0.6 GDP. Germans welfare state will also depend on situation with all
refuges in Germany and their access to employment system. 4

established workers.
- From the study that is done in 2015, Lidia Farre is claiming that most of the migrants
that arrive to Europe will find a job in the service sector (taking care of children and
old people, cleaning). Increase in this supply sector will at the same time allow

progress in their career. 5
- Refuges will not make a big impact on health care system.
Using micro data from the UK research, Guintella Nicodemo examines that area

ageing. 6

- Arabic rich countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) are among the biggest donors to the
refugees, but they are not that generous when it comes to taking them into their countries.
- They are afraid that immigrants would become most of the population there.
- Refuges started crowding Europe, because Lebanon, Jordan and other host countries close
to Syria are running out of capacity to accommodate them.
