STEP1: Surface Preparation


Galvanized Surface

Hand preparation tool:


e.g.) abrasive scrubber

For galvanized surface without old paint film or red


rust, use hand tools to remove white rust and
impurities.

STEP2: Agitation

1. Agitate sufficiently to obtain uniform


density with a power agitator.

STEP4: Optional Top-coat


*Top-coat paint must be applied after 24-hour cure time of ROVAL film.
Before applying top-coat paint, ask a manufacturer whether it is compatible with galvanized surfaces.
