1.0 Introduction
Fallout: Warfare (FOW) is a paper and pencil
wargame set in the Fallout universe. Based
loosely on the Fallout Tactics game, FOW
allows you to recreate small to medium sized
skirmishes in the Fallout post-nuclear world.
