Drives, 100 M for 75 kW drives.
2. Utility socket to be of modular type.
3. Control TBs shall be of screw less type.
4. Control TBs should be protected against inadvertent contact with Power
Busbars.
5. Profibus connectors with diagnostic LEDs to be provided.
6. Acrylic sheets should be thoroughly tightened and must not rest on the
busbar.
7. All the bus bars & power terminals shall be properly shrouded through
Acrylic sheet to avoid any accidental contact by any operating personal.
8. Loose power connections are observed. They are to be thoroughly
tightened.
9. K3 contactor is of AC1 duty. However as per the approved SLD it should be
of AC3 duty.
10.Analogue output of 4-20 mA to be scaled as per motor speed and current.
22 mA is observed at 1050 RPM.
11.4-20 mA signal is connected to two digital RPM meters. There should be
dedicated signal for dedicated meter.
12.None of the ammeter installed on panel door is functioning. Scaling is also
missing in some ammeters.
13.Motor current to be displayed in EOCR.
14.Position labels to be provided for selector switch position.
15.Contactor K15.1 to be provided in all the panels as per modified scheme.
16.Nomenclature of digital meters should match with the nameplate.
17.Earthing cables, output choke cables & control transformer cables are
fouling with gland plates.
18.A signal of 4-20 mA to be provided for monitoring the motor current in
Bypass Mode.
19.Space between control relays should be uniform.
20.AI min fault to be configured in the drives.
21.RUSB module for Drive Window software to be provided in the all the
drives.
22.Control cables from MCCB to be duly routed & protected against damage.
23.Micro-switch of semiconductor fuse to be erected properly.
24.Programming of EOCR, ELR & Digital meter to be done.
25.Bypass Trip indication should be replaced with Bypass Ready.
26.Following signals are to be configured in Annunciator Window:
a. Bypass Trip
b. ELR Operated
c. Drive Trip
d. E Stop
e. Motor Over-heated
27.When motor is running in Drive Mode and accidently Drive / Bypass
selector switch is put into Bypass mode, the motor starts running as soon
as Bypass Permissive is given without pressing Start Button. In such
cases the motor should run only after pressing the Start button.
28.As per the approved GA drawing, MCCB bus-bar size is 40 X 10 mm.

Feeder shall be 40 x 10 x 1R sq.mm respectively. But the panels have
been provided with 25x10x1R of Aluminium Bus Bar. ABB is requested to
clarify the discrepancy and is requested to comply as per the Approved GA
drawing.
29.MCCB Bus-bar of 25 X 10 mm is provided in the 75 kW drives against 40 X
10 mm. It is to be replaced with approved size.
30.Missing buzzer plate of Annunciator Window to be provided.
31.Missing labels are to be provided.
