My name is. I am a student in Asia pacific university of technology and innovation. I am doing a
research for my final year project for the fulfillment of a degree of international business
management. You are kindly invited to participate in this research entitled The Cross-Cultural
Adjustment of Self-Initiated Expatriates and Their Job Performance in Malaysia: Evidence From
Malaysian Higher Education Institutions. The purpose of this research is to have an
understanding of how personality, family adjustment and cultural novelty influence the crosscultural adjustment and of Self-Initiated Expatriates working in higher educational institutions
and how their cross-cultural adjustment further affects their job performance.
