Alfredo Tisocco arrives in Romania for the completion of
two important projects in the name the group Beltrame
Vicenza the demolition of the former chemical plant
Romfosfochim - Valea Clugreasca - Ploieti, and
privatization of the former steelworks Siderca Clrai,
carried out successfully with the support of the Romanian
Government, becoming from March 2003 to May 2005 the
President and CEO of JV Donasid SA, until its sale to Tenaris
Group.
While frequenting the courses at the University "Ca
Foscari", - Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures,
has finished also the musical studies at the High School
Benedetto Marcello - Venice, obtaining in parallel a
specialization in Media and Marketing Management.
After attending cyber courses at Villa Cordellina - Vicenza
under the guidance of Professor Silvio Ceccato from
Bocconi University in Milan, with Professor Pierpaolo
Prandstraller (sociologist at the University DAMS of
Bologna), he collaborate on writing the text "Le
Professional Moderne" - Sound Station Media Operator.
After graduation, he starts the import-export business with
certain Italian companies, especially in the field of
chemical, metallurgical and steel industry.
Concurrent with these activities, since the 1980s, develop
numerous projects in media (radio, TV, newspapers and

running in the field of development of radio and TV

stations, such as Radio 1 and Radio Padania-Italy Milan.
Since year 1990, is dedicated to the development of
business relations between Eastern Europe and the Middle
East through trading companies.
Among its main customers there are major steelworks and
chemical companys such: AFV Acciaierie Beltrame Spa
Vicenza, Vedami Metalli spa Milano, Bonomi Metalli
Brescia , Filippi Chimica- Vicenza.
He successfully organize the first exhibition in Moscow
GUM-1991 where he presented various consumers from
Veneto region, establish together with the President of the
Treasury Vicentina, senator and deputy of the various
sections of laws in 1996, then vice-Prime Minister of
Environment Stefano Stefani the company Euromedia Ltd.,
counseling and international brokerage company. Activates
for many transactions between Italy and the Soviet Union /
Russia in the field of ferrous metals and nonferrous metals.

government for the privatization of the Steel mill SIDERCA.
Occupy this position until 2005, when the company is sold
to Tenaris Group. In the framework of the negotiations,
his contribution is recognized by officials of the operation.
From 2000 to 2003 he is also a Professor of

In 2005 established VIR COMPANY INTERNATIONAL ltd in

collaboration with Dr. Antonio Beltrame Group
headquartered in Bucharest, having as objects social
consulting design and implementation, in particular
alternative energy and ecology, such as:
2006 Demolition of sugar factory Lechina-Bistrita (22
ha), bought by ARGIROM INT. Bucharest, then transferred
to Redidivus Company from Bistrita.
2007 - Demolition Plan assignment for the civil
restructuring of the former paper mill in Piatra Neam (30
ha) - completed successfully between PERGO PAPER SRL,
Piatra Neamt DEVELOPMENT SRL and Group Avrig 35.
- 2008 - Design and construction (2008 -2013) of ECOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL PARK with the demolition of the
former Romfosfochim chemical plant (150 ha).

His passion for culture and ecology have led him to the
establishment of the MUSIC CONTAMINATIONS Festival, in
its third edition this year in collaboration with Radio
Romania and especially with TVR (Romanian National
Television) to organize a series of television transmissions
between Italy and Romania with focus on political,
economic and cultural center for a better social integration
of the two European nations.
