Respondents

We, Mrs. Rahul Baid and Mr. Saurabh Baid, put in our place and stead
Mr. Shuvanil Chakraborty, Advocate of C/o. Pal Choudhury & Co.,
Advocates, 10, K. S. Roy Road, Kolkata-700 001, as Advocate-on-Record in
the above suit/matter to prosecute/defend the same for us before the High
Court at Calcutta at all stages, and for such purposes to act, appear and
plead for us and to represent us before the Court and to file all such
applications and documents and Caveats, to take out summons for
Chamber Applications, writs of summons and other Writs, Reference,
Allocates etc. to issue and receive notice of motion etc. on and from the
other side, pay all such fees as may be necessary, to sign bills for taxation,

to draw and given receipts for and endorse all cheques or other orders for all
moneys securities that we may be entitled to receive, and to receive all
money on my behalf which we may be entitled to receive and give discharge
and to settle the matter and to do all such acts whether expressly specified
or not, as shall be necessary in connection with the said suit/matter and
We acknowledge that in accepting the retainer the said Advocate-on-Record
does so on condition or my/our paying all costs and fees (including his and
other counsel's engaged by them) as and when demanded by them and in
absence of such payment the said Advocate-on-Record shall not be liable to
proceed with the suit/matter without and reference or notice on us and he
shall not be liable to me/us in any way whatsoever.
