Strengths
Students are provided with books.
The
school
being
a
public
elementary school should have
the capability to provide its
students books which will be
needed to further encourage the
students to study.

The number of students per class

does not exceed 40 compared to
other schools with 50 or more
students per class. Meaning the
students are not congested in the
classrooms and the teacher can
relay the information better. With
that being the case, the students
will be able to understand the
lesson better.

The school excels in both math

and english. Based on the current
school's assessment, the students
excel in math and english. From
the
information
we
have
gathered, last year, the school
have low grades on Math.
However, this year, the school
excels on it. Based from these
information, the school did their
best to cope up with their
weakness and now has become
their strength.

SWOT Analysis

The school does not have enough
teacher. All teachers teach various
subjects which are not in their
field. Teachers who teach subjects
which are not in their field may
not be able to relay sufficient
information to their students.

Weaknesses
The primary weakness of the
school is their low grade in
Science and Health. Based on the
data we have seen and gathered,
their science and health grade got
lower compared to last year's
grade.

The school having a low Science
and Health grades is not only
viewed as the school's weakness
but also an opportunity for the
school to improve in the said
subjects. One way to improve the
school's grade is to conduct
remedial classes. With the school
having insufficient teachers, we,
the zealous group, can replace
their place for these classes.

Opportunities

The school is conducive for studying. It

has many educational materials posted
in every corner of the school, may it be
the classrooms, clinic, library and
canteen. However, we have observed
that the school's garden is full of weeds
instead of plants. Landscaping the
school's garden can beautify the school
and may improve the school's aura.
Thus, making it more conducive for
studying.

SWOT Analysis

Threats

The school is located in a low lying area which may cause danger to
students and even teachers, in case of so much rain. Another possible
threat to the students and teachers is the steep stairs at the main gate
of the school.
These threats may be overcome with enough attention given to them.
Classes should be suspended in case of strong rainfall. Students and
teachers may use other gates to enter and leave the school.
