Anyone can place a request on the behalf of someone else. This form is only used to gather and enter the user role details into GRC.
Note - To view the status of your request, log into SAP GRC from the SAP portal and navigate to Access Management > Access Request
Administration > Search Request. For further information on searching, please refer to the Job Aid.

Requestors - Please complete this form and push the submit button. Select desktop email application, this will create an Outlook email that can be
sent to the GERPDESK. For GCPS access requests also make sure to add GCPS Support Breda in the CC of the email.

If a user has changed jobs or responsibilities, and they no longer require the access they are currently assigned in SAP or GCPS, it is the Manager's
responsibility to ensure a request is submitted to remove the unnecessary access.

Access requests take up to 5 days to process, however if training is not complete or transaction combinations cause a violation, processing will be
delayed.
