Easy to install : Push-fit into each other.
Better flow properties : Due to smooth inside surface.
Fire resistance : Self extinguishing, does not support
fire.
Long life : Due to superior mechanical properties and
inertness to most chemicals. Also insect and rodent
proof.
Easy to maintain : Threaded door caps give easy
access for cleaning.
Low cost : All the advantages reduce costs in the long
term, by huge margins.
UV Stabilizer : Protect PRIME drainage systems from
the sun and make them more durable.

Maintenance
Prince Mid Range SWR Systems are almost maintenance free. However, the fittings with door
give easy access for cleaning. A cleaning pipe can also be provided. In case of damage to the
pipe, repairs can be carried out as illustrated in the figures below.
Fig. 1:
For small puncture on the pipe. Take two halves of PVC pipe. Fix them
on damaged PVC pipe with solvent cement.
Fig. 2:
If the damage is large, cut the damaged portion of the pipe. Take a
piece of PVC pipe and two repair couplers. Insert the couplers on the
pipe and place the new pipe in portion.
Cut the PVC pipe with a fine toothed saw to the required length. Pipe
should be cut square.
Chamfer end of the pipe to be inserted at an angle of about 15 to about 1/3rd of
the wall thickness. Using a coarse file, make sure the spigot and socket are
thoroughly clean and dry.
Insert the pipe in to the socket without the seal ring and mark along the pipe,
when it is fully inserted.
Fix the rubber ring in the groove without twisting it.
Apply jointing lubricant to the chamfered end of the pipe, up to the mark made
on spigot or to the socket end of fitting.
Push the pipe firmly into the socket till the gap between the mark on the spigot
and the socket is about 10mm to allow thermal expansion.

Odourless and hygienic: PRINCE Agri System are most ideal for carrying drinking water as
they do not subject to contamination.
High corrosion resistance: PRINCE Agri pipes and fittings systems is resistant to chemical,
electrolytic and galvanic action, these pipes are free from corrosion.
High chemical resistance: Pipes offer excellent resistance to acids, oxidizing agents, alkalis,
oils and domestic effluents.
Smooth bore: Pipes have mirror smooth inside surface and hence better flow characteristics in
comparison to AC, CI and GI pipes.
Self extinguishing quality: PRINCE Agri pipes and fittings are abolishing need for fire resistant
coatings.
Maintenance free: As PVC having Corrosion resistance property therefore pipes and fittings not
required painting or coating.
Longer lasting: PRINCE Agri pipes and fittings are free from weakness caused by scale
formation, rusting, weathering and chemical action, they last for a life time.
Economical: Apart from superiority over conventional pipes, PRINCE AGRI PVC pipes are
light in weight and hence they offer total economy in handling, transportation and installation.
