Financial Aid APPLICATIONS are invited from

bonafide students of North South University. Students of
all Undergraduate and Graduate Programs can apply.
Students already enjoying financial aid may also apply
for enhancement of their financial aid.
Students are hereby advised to follow and maintain the
instructions /guidelines /criteria mentioned below for the
fulfillment of financial aid process:
1) GPA requirement: To apply for financial aid, the
undergraduate students must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and
graduate students 3.25.
2) Credit requirement: The undergraduate students must
complete at least 9 (nine) credits without any
non-credit course and graduate students 6 (six) credits to apply.
3) Time-Bar: For all undergraduate programs (except BS
Architecture and Pharmacy), financial aid is limited to 12
semesters with effect from the semester of admission. For
graduate students, the time limit for the MBA program is 6
semesters, MS ECO, MS CSC/ETE/CEG, MDS, EMBA, MPH
and EMPH, MA in English, MBT, MREM, MPHARM, MESM
is limited to 5 semesters with effect from the semester of
admission. Unless extra-ordinary humanitarian cause, students
are advised not to apply beyond this time-bar.
4) Students should read and carefully follow the instructions
written in Financial Aid Application Form (FAAF).

5) The applicants are advised to complete their registration

process for Spring16 semester on time and not to wait until
financial aid result. The result of the successful candidates
would be effective from the semester they applied for, which may
be adjusted at the time of Summer16 semester registration.
6) To attach duly signed and sealed pay slip/salary certificate
for service holder students/parents and Income Tax assessment
order/Certified Tax Return Form for parents in business are
necessary to substantiate their income. Also, copies of other
relevant documents such as lease deed agreement, investment
papers, liability status, property tax payment receipt, medical
certificate/documents etc. (if applicable) are also required.
7) There will be no financial aid interview for students. You
are advised to attach necessary document(s) as and where
applicable. No applications will be received without
relevant/valid documents. You are also advised to attach a short
write-up (no more than 200 words) explaining Why you deserve
financial aid.

If necessary, applicants may get verified their

applications for completeness from Financial Aid Office
well ahead of submission.
Submit your complete application to the Financial Aid
Office, which would be received from 10/1/2016 between
9:30 am 4:30 pm in all weekdays (other than holidays).
