I, Sri Subhajit Datta, son of Sri Rajkrishna Datta, aged about 32 years, by
faith Hindu, by profession Student, residing at 44/12, Shyamnagar Road,
Das Villa, First Floor, Police Station- Dumdum, Kolkata- 700 055 having
permanent residence at village and Post Office- Kendur, Police StationKhandaghosh, District- Burdwan, do solemnly affirm and say as follows:-

I am the Petitioner abovenamed and I am fully conversant with the

facts and circumstances of this instant matter and I am otherwise


competent to affirm this affidavit.

I have filed an application under section 482 read with section 401

and 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before this Honble Court being
C.R.R. No. 4154 of 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the said revisional
application) which is pending before this Honble Court.

3.

Your Petitioner states that thereafter this instant application came

up for hearing under the heading contested application before Honble


Justice Joymalya Bagchi on February 17, 2016 whereby Honble Justice
Joymalya Bagchi upon admitting the revisional application granted leave to
the Petitioner to file supplementary affidavit.

4.

Your Petitioner most respectfully states that pursuant to the leave

granted by Honble Justice Joymalya Bagchi, now, I am placing on record


that I have craved leave to produce a copy of the First Information Report
being Dumdum Police Station Case No. 421 of 2015 dated 04.05.2015 under
section 341/379/506/511/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code, alongwioth the
petition of complaint, a copy of the application dated 21.07.201ated
21.07.2015 filed before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at
Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, and a copy of the application for handing
over the investigation to the Detective Department of the Government of
West Bengal for carrying out proper and unbiased investigation.

In this regard the copies of the aforesaid F.I.R. and applications are
collectively marked as Annexure A.
