Students will research and explore package design for an album that was produced prior to
their birth. Students will then redesign the packaging system using design software.

Develop and Design a packaging identity of an artist that will be chosen at random. The

Students will design an album packaging system. They will use the latest graphic design
software in the industry to create (Adobe CS3 suite) and print color panels to fit within the
jewel case. Students will also print an adhesive label that will be adhered to the CD.
Students concluded the project by completing a self and peer evaluation on the project.
