RESOLUTION TO APPROVE IUSA ELECTIONS POLLING LOCATIONS*


*NOTE: This Resolution will only be considered provided that Resolution 09-1-3 is passed in a form
that necessitates the consideration of this Resolution.

1 WHEREAS, Section 502 of the IUSA Elections Code provides for Congressional Approval of the
2 number and location of IUSA Polling Stations by February 1, and;

4 WHEREAS, The following list has been compiled by Student Body President Luke Fields and IUSA
5 Elections Coordinator Liz Retana, and;
6
7 WHEREAS, It is their belief that the number and location of the following polling stations would
8 adequately and fairly provide for polling locations in the IUSA Elections,
9
10 THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, That the Student Body Congress approve the following IUSA
11 Elections Polling Locations for the 2009 IUSA Elections, pending confirmation that internet access (either
12 wired or wireless) exists at each location:

14 IMU Literature Desk
15 Wright Residence Center
16 Foster Residence Center
17 Read Residence Center
18 Business School
19 Corner in front of Ballantine Hall
20 Near the Arboretum at 10th and FessFee
21 The Jordan Extension
22 The SRSC
23 Rawles Hall
24 Jordan Hall
25 X Bus Stop at Memorial Stadium
26 School of Education
27 Sample Gates

29 LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, That tickets running in the IUSA Elections may not reserve these
30 spaces on the dates during which voting in the IUSA Elections will be taking place.

RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PROPOSED ELECTIONS CODE


AMENDMENT NO. 5

1 WHEREAS, Section 502 of the IUSA Elections Code provides for Congressional Approval of the
