Guidelines/ Regulations

General Provisions
All vending fees are non-refundable. Your payment of the registration fee constitutes your right to participate at the Fiesta. Should
any entry fees not be paid in full, you have no right to participate at the event. Fundango Family Entertainment Services will not
return any vendor fees for any reason.

A maximum of two (2) booths can be reserved by any one vendor. Additional tables: $20.00 each. Additional chairs: $5.00 each.
Anything not listed cannot be sold. Food vendors are not guaranteed exclusive rights to a product unless negotiated in advance.
No glass bottles are allowed. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages permitted.
Vendors are responsible for their own table cloths and extension cords. Booth space with electrical access is first-come, first-served.
Vendor exhibit, including signage, should not extend beyond booth space to block others booths or walk space.

Conduct
Fundangos Funtastic Fiesta is a family oriented event. You should refrain from selling any products which would offend children or
which would otherwise not fit the format of this type of function. You are responsible for controlling your employees, and all vendors
must conduct themselves in a courteous and polite manner. Our image is important to us, and by following these simple procedures,
you will be benefited.

Clean-Up
All vending materials must be removed from the carpark no later 10pm on the day of the event. You are responsible for removing all
debris and cooking materials (coals, etc.) from the site.

Security
Fundango will provide security during the event. While such security is provided, Fundango Family Entertainment Services and its
agents/employees/sponsors shall not be responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged items of equipment or personal belongings. You
shall be solely responsible for the protection and safeguarding of valuables and release Fundango Family Entertainment Services from
any losses or damage to your property. Please handle your affairs as you deem appropriate with respect to protecting your equipment
and belongings.

Vendor Passes
Prior to the event, we will provide your vendor I.D. wristbands for the event. We reserve the right to limit wristbands to a reasonable
quantity based upon your registration fee. Please ensure that all employees wear the wristband at all times during the event. Space
permitting, you might be able to park one vehicle behind your vendor space.

By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above and further agree to abide by all instructions and guidelines given on the
day of the event. Additionally, I have no objection for the organizers to use any photos and/or videos of me and my employees for publicity
purposes and that I will undertake to indemnify the organizers, sponsors and/or any other unmentioned related parties against all liabilities for
death, personal injury (either fatal or otherwise), loss or damage to property and/or any losses, damage, cost and expense whatsoever and
howsoever caused in the duration of my participation in Fundangos Funtastic Fiesta.
