1.Staffing
Strategic Human Resource Planning: Strategic human resource resources planning
is a process that identifies current and future human resources needs for an
organization to achieve it goals. Human resources planning should serve as a link
between human resources management and the overall strategic plan of an
organization.

Selection: The process of selecting the best candidate from the recruiting pool.

2.Training & Development


Orientation: It is the introduction season of an employee with the organization. In
the orientation employees are given full picture of the organization.
Employee Training: Employee training is designed to assist employees in
acquiring better skills for their current job.
Employee Development: Employee development is designed to help the
organization ensure that it has the necessary talent internally for meeting future
human resource needs.
Career Development: Career development programs are designed to assist
employees in advancing their work lives. The focus of career development is to
provide the necessary information and assessment in helping employees realize
their career goals.
Organization Development: Organization development deals with facilitating
system wide changes in the organization.

3.Motivation
Motivation theories and Job design: Motivation is the driving force by which
humans achieve their goals. Motivation is said to be intrinsic or extrinsic. Intrinsic
motivation refers to motivation that is driven by an interest or enjoyment in the
task itself. Extrinsic motivation comes from outside of the individual. Common
extrinsic motivations are rewards like money. Work arrangements aimed at

reducing employee dissatisfaction and employee isolation arising from repetitive


and mechanistic task.
Performance Appraisal: A performance appraisal, employee appraisal,
performance review, or (career) development discussion[1] is a method by
which the job performance of an employee is evaluated (generally in terms of
quality, quantity, cost, and time) typically by the corresponding manager or
supervisor.[2 It is the process of obtaining, analyzing, and recording information
about the relative worth of an employee to the organization.
Rewards and Compensation: Compensation is set of rewards that the company
give to the employee in return to their service. Rewards can be both intrinsic and
extrinsic.
Employee benefits: Membership based non-financial rewards offered to attract
and keep employees.

4.Maintenance
Safety and Health: According to the Occupational and safety health act
organization ensure that the place is safe for work. Every organization go for safety
audit to prevent accident in workplace. Through education awareness can be
created among the employees.
Communication: To build an effective communication channel between top
management to entry level position.
Employee Relation: What should be the way of communication between labor
union and owners group. Here through collective bargaining labor class employees
rights are established. There is a negotiation process where problems between labor
and owner are solved.
