in Saudi Arabia, working as a Driver hired and placed by a Placement Agency
having office in Canelar, Zamboanga City. This further certifies, that she Mrs.
Estila Balagtas Tuazon consistently makes her request to this office to search
and locate the same through the Philippine Embassy of Saudi Arabia, but
unfortunately, the office has no any information to date.
This certification was issued to Mrs Estila Balagtas Tuazon, that she
earnestly requested the office to locate her husband and efforts were made,
but then up to the present time we are still on searching the same.

may served best.

Husband of Mrs Estila Balagtas Tuazon, Mr. ERNESTO C TUAZON upon the
matter, had jumped out from his principal employer to worked with another
Company.
This CERTIFICATION was issued upon request of Mrs Estila Balagtas
Tuazon for what ever legal reason which will serve her best.

that our son, Ernesto C Tuazon who have been hired as Driver in
Saudi Arabia by one of the placement agency having office in
Canelar Moret, Zamboanga city, have not communicated to us
since April 2005.
Earnest efforts were made together with his wife, Mrs Estila
Balagtas Tuazon, inquiring offices and friend having possible
contacts with our son, but the same effort turns out in vain.
This certification was issued this 01 October 2015 to Mrs
Estila Balagtas Tuazon upon her request for whatever legal
purpose this will serve her best.
