Translation in English:
Let this world and all people of this world be good and have a good life.
Maha Ganapati is one of the most popular form among the thirty-two forms of Hind
u God Ganesha (can be easily identified by the elephant head), meaning the Great
One. Ganesha represents knowledge, success and fulfillment.
In Hinduism, Ganesha has the unique distinction that his name is always invoked
before any other Gods name in any prayer service.
Legend has it that Lord Ganesha received this distinction as a blessing from his
parents, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Also, it is the most important deity
of the Ganapatya sect. The main scripture of this sect is Ganesha Purana.
According to Kundalini yoga, Ganesha resides in the first chakra, called Muladha
ra. Mula means original, main; adhara means base, foundation. The muladhara chakra i
s the principle on which the manifestation or outward expansion of primordial Di
vine Force rests.
This association is also attested to in the Ganapati Atharvashirsa. Courtright t
ranslates this passage as follows:
[O Ganesha,] You continually dwell in the sacral plexus at the base of the spine
[muladhara cakra]. Thus, Ganesha has a permanent abode in every being at the Mul
adhara. Ganesha holds, supports and guides all other chakras, thereby governing t
he forces that propel the wheel of life.
Kundalini Yoga, the most ancient yoga known to mankind, is quite literally eons
old. Some components of this technology go back more than 26,000 years. For hund
reds of years and until 1968, Kundalini Yoga was traditionally kept secret and w
as taught only to elite yogis in India and to students who had earned the privil
ege of learning this technology through years of discipline, service and devotio
n.
The fact remains that without having the kundalini awakened, your soul is not awa
kened. And if your soul is awakened, what else do you need? And if you will get
into the action to awaken the kundalini; the nerve of the soul, this vehicle of
yours will be driven or chauffeured by the soul and not by the negative ego; the
n you have found God in you. And I shall be the greatest man on earth if I shall
be privileged to touch the dust of your feet, if you attain that state. Otherwi
se, you are a nut, nothing else. Yogi Bhajans quote.

This Ganapati mantra is very powerful. It is so powerful that if this mantra "Om
Shrim Hrim Klim Glaum Gam Ganapataye Vara Varada Sarva Janam Me Vasha Manaya Sv
aha" is uttered in front of a person having fever.. the fever will go away. The
words like Shrim Hrim, Klim, Gloum... are seed mantras (beej mantra). The seed m
antra is a thought force & generates energy. Aum , Hreem , Shreem Kleem et
c., are seed mantras & these are invested with great powers. An articulation of
a word generates special kind of sound waves & vibrations, which influence our m
ind. Their correct pronunciation is of utmost importance; there are special tech
niques or exercises to clear the tongue for proper pronunciation of the beej man
tra. Hence, these seed / beej mantra can be uttered mentally.
