Active Recreation
Provide new spray shower and new adult fitness stations;
Increase in size and modernize play equipment / swings;
Reconstruct handball court;
Convert asphalt field into colorful multi-purpose sports area.
Passive Recreation
Provide new decorative furniture in compelling arrangements.
Environmental Quality
Increase planting bed space around existing trees, add perennial plantings;
Allow new planting beds to intercept some surface storm water runoff;
Soil conditions permitting, provide underground open-bottom drywell to infiltrate
street runoff.
Security
Provide pedestrian light poles to improve nighttime surveillance.
