Offer Letter

Dear Ms. Rastogi,

This has reference to your application and subsequent discussions. We are pleased to offer you
the position of Manager-Sales at Homes Connect Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Noida, on the terms
and conditions discussed and agreed with you.
The breakup of the salary structure is as per annexure 1.attached. The said salary is inclusive
of conveyance and mobile expenses.
The basic salary amount would be processed and paid to you upon achievement of sales target
as agreed and finalized by the company. You are required to achieve the targets as per
annexure attached for realization of monthly salary. Sales target policy will be revised from
time to time.
Your date of joining will be recorded as 9th April2014 (Wednesday).
You will be on probation in the first instance for a period of six months from the date of
joining. At the end of the probationary period, the Company may in writing but is not bound
to, confirm your services. During the period of probation, your services may be terminated
without any notice or salary in lieu thereof. If your services are found unsatisfactory, the
Company, but is not bound to, may extend the probationary period. Should you wish to
terminate your connection with the Company during the probationary period, you shall give 30
days notice or salary in lieu thereof.
If at any time in the opinion of company, you are found negligent, ineffective in the performance
of your duties or guilty of fraud, dishonest, wilfully disobey, disorderly behaviour, indiscipline,
absence from duty without permission, be guilty of misconduct or any other conduct
considered by us deterrent to our interest or of violation of any of our business interest, your
services may be terminated without notice.
You will be operating from our Noida Office.
On your placement with us, you will be observing the following:
i Timings : 10:00 hrs to 18:30 hrs(Six days a week)
ii Lunch Break: 30 minutes
You are required to furnish the company copies of educational and experience certificates, five
stamp size photographs, address & age proof, pan card and relieving letter from the
present/previous employer.
