Introduction
We are going to start a business of selling printed t shirts online in which we will print different
type of designs on shirts according to the customer requirements. The designs of the shirts will
be provided by the customers and we will print those designs on the t shirts. This feasibility
report will analysis the validity, start up cost and profitability of the project. We will explore
different opportunities available in the market related to this business for earning profits.

We are starting this business of online selling of customized t shirts across Pakistan. We will
outsource the printing of t shirts from Shahbaz Printers Kachehri bazaar Faisalabad.

We will market our product in Pakistan market stat selling the product buys online. We will on

The prices will be set according to the demand of design of the customer. If the dye of the design
that will demand by the customer will be already available the price of the shirt will consist of
the cost that are mentioned above plus rupees 50 profit per shirt in initial stage. But if the dye
will not available the new dye cost will be included in the price of the shirt.
Promotion:

We will target the customers on Facebook and Twitter. We will not do personal selling our main
focus will be on the market of customer on Facebook and Twitter. We will create awareness to

our customers by developing the page on the social media which will be liked and followed by
the people who will like to buy the T shirts according to the new trends and designs.

Marketing strategies:
We will market our brand named Shirteeeez on social media by providing the image that we will
provide unique, customized and according to the events designed T shirts. We will provide the
opportunity to the young generation that they can wear the T shirt of those designs that they can
imagine and according to their liking.

This marketing strategy is implemented to attract the consumers with minimum mark-up
which may be lower from other outlets. Our Online T - Shirt Company may mark the goods
with nominal prices with better discounts.

The product strategy involves developing of novel products which may change according to
the consumer current requirements. My online T - Shirt Company shall be able to develop the
products by keeping specific target clients in view with eminent colors and design aspects
with current trends.
Distribution

Our Online T - Shirt will agree the process of delivery of the goods in harmony with local
bodies for a timely liberation of the goods.

Promotional

My Online T - Shirt Company will generally follow the drastic promotional program with
discounts and offers on various product ranges. Facebook is the main source of promotions
even for small and less branded firms to exercise the commerce equally with effective value.
This mode of process will charge less money for advertising. Most of the people make use of
Google for their main search option.

The concept of the place strategy is very difficult to select in the conventional business
compared to that of online business. For our Online T - Shirt Company, the place of business

is internet, where it can be operated from any place. But the main concern will depend to
select the delivery place.

The participants are the people who are partaking in the business. The major participants of
the commerce will vary based on various aspects such as gender, sizes, age, cultures, life
styles, incomes etc. the major participants for the case of my Online T - shirt company will
be people both young and grown-ups and from kids to adults. The people also range with
various sizes and genders etc.

In our Online T - Shirt Company, the process of service is to deliver the goods of sales
through online interaction and online payment process.

The physical evidence is essentially a form of guide and manual, leaflets that will guide the
client to make the necessary operations such as keeping an order in the case of our Online T shirt company.

Our target market is the whole population on the Facebook and Twitter but our most concerned
area of the market will be the young generation who want to buy those T shirts that are uniquely
designed and that shirt will be just for them or in other words that design will just belongs to
them.

Competition and Buying Patterns


Shirteeeez has identified three competitors,

T-shirt World -- This competitor specializes in silk-screening. 70% of their business is


silk-screening with the remaining 30% sublimation. They require a minimum order of 10
with a 2-3 week lead time. This company only uses pre-existing designs for their silkscreening and for sublimations you must use their artist.
Shirt Shack -- This retailer is geared toward organizations or teams with production runs
of 20 or more. They do fairly good work but are rigid regarding custom work.
Design House -- This is an Internet-based retailer that primarily offers computer
sublimations. Design House has a catalog of approximately 200 images for the

customer to choose from. They do allow customers to use their own graphic. The quality
of the sublimations is mediocre at best because they can only use off the shelf technology.

Marketing plan (Social Media)


According to Fast Company, 93% of marketers use social media to promote their business.
Social media is BIG and only getting bigger. If you are not marketing on it, you are likely
