People have different ideas about what to do and what not to do

when they get sick. In some countries, for example, people eat bananas
when they have diarrhoea and eat apples when they are constipated. In
Venezuela, its the other way around! At least, thats what most Venezuelan
people think. When I get sick, I visit a doctor but others prefer grandmas
recipes.
For me, if you want to be healthy you should eat real food, not junk
food. You must drink lots of water and fruit juices and you should do exercise. You shouldnt worry too much and you should take time to relax.
